CAREER SUMMARY
Mr. Chlebowski is a Vice President and Senior Engineering Manager for Oneida Engineering Solutions (OES), a subsidiary of OESC Group, formerly TN & Associates. OES is a firm focused on the planning, design, construction management, and overall project delivery of transportation engineering projects.
For over 20 years he has served as the Business Unit Leader responsible for growth and professional development of OES professional staff, overall business operations, and quality of customer service. Dale is currently managing a 5-year Nationwide Bridge Inspection program on Indian Country lands for the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
Prior to joining OES, Mr. Chlebowski worked for over 15 years in the private and public sectors designing and constructing transportation facilities of all types. He applied his expertise across multiple services including environmental documentation, engineering planning and design, and construction observation of urban and rural roadway projects.
ACHIEVEMENTS
- Principle Engineer for the I-39/90 Six-Lane Expansion Mega Project, Dane/Rock County Line to USH 12/18.Managed engineering design for the $200 million expansion of I39/90, including improvements for removal and reconstruction of nearly 22 miles of the freeway lanes and the addition of a third lane in each direction to create a six-lane divided highway.
- Deputy Program Manager for Transportation Construction at Multiple Locations under regional Wisconsin program in which he performed administration and oversight of multiple WisDOT contracts. Since 2003, the program included over 360 projects valued at over $280 million in construction dollars.
- Principle-in-Charge for US Highway 41, WisDOT Northeast Region where he oversaw a highly complex, $30 million reconstruction of the USH 41 interchange involving reconstruction of one mile of USH 41 from four lanes to six, including bridge demolition and replacement, raze and removal, grading, and the installation of three multi-lane roundabouts, concrete paving, median barrier, lighting, and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). The project received 2013 Excellence Award for Concrete Paving.
