CAREER SUMMARY

For nearly 25 years Mr. Christian directed Client Services and Business Development at Oneida ESC Group (formerly TN & Associates), before retiring in January 2025 he retired. Early in his career, Ms. Terry Ni, PE saw potential for him to transfer into a full-time Business Development role. It was Ms. Ni’s insight that led to his challenging and fulfilling career.

Mr. Christian’s keen ability to connect with clients helped OESC expand the roster of prime federal contracts, which are crucial for growing in a crowded Federal marketplace. His communication strategies build rapport and earn trust, securing partnerships for global projects in engineering design and construction oversight. Under Mr. Christian’s Client Services and BD leadership, OESC has completed over $200M in engineering design projects, with a construction value in excess of $2B.

Mr. Christian appreciates the opportunity to support the Terry Ni Foundation, reviewing well-qualified applicants for Foundation scholarships, and ultimately continuing a legacy of excellence in science and engineering for generations to come.
